Nova Radio is a community radio project broadcasting 24 hours a day to the people of the North East, based at the Regus centre in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne! & Westgate Community College

We support the community of the North East with training which now has it's own online streaming station (Nova Extra), confidence building, art expression, and freedom of speech and opinion. Created by the community for the community, Nova Radio is solely designed to engage the community in activities surrounding broadcasting, music production, and promotion, discussions, debates, interviews, information and personal development.

Nova Radio is run entirely by its members, from our on-air personnel to everybody behind the scenes. We’re a community group creating radio for the communities across the North East and beyond via the internet.

ANXIOUS MINDS

Anxious Minds Radio Stream is supported by Nova Radio North East 102.5fm.
Anxious Minds provides free confidential support for all suffers of anxiety and depression. We also focus on prevention, and on dealing with stress by using education and research-based relaxation techniques that have been proven to work through scientific studies. We encourage people to regain control of their own lives while waiting for professional mental health treatment, and supporting those who are self treating at home, so that they can start to make a recovery, and helping long time sufferers manage their conditions.Together we can beat anxiety and depression.
